About me
Hi, I’m Swetha. A ServiceNow developer who builds scoped apps that last.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, System Administrator and Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations, with a full-stack background in JavaScript, C#/.NET, Node.js and REST APIs.
I build scoped applications, Service Catalog solutions and Flow Designer automations, grounded in ITIL 4 service management, CMDB/CSDM and platform security. My law degree shows in how I work: careful with access controls, data quality and audit trails, the things that keep a platform trustworthy. NowUtils is where I put the small tools I kept wishing I had.

About NowUtils
Why I built this.
Reading encoded queries, reviewing update sets, building REST calls, checking scripts. NowUtils turns those chores into a paste-and-copy workflow that works anywhere: no install, no login, no instance access. It sits alongside in-instance tools like SN Utils and covers everything that happens outside the instance.

Every tool runs in your browser. Nothing you paste leaves your machine; there is no backend.

No credentials, ever
No tool asks you to connect to your instance or sign in. If one ever did, it would be a bug.
